We are seeking a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team at The Cavalry, a renowned group of four restaurants located in beautiful North Wales. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our client's restaurants. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring that all meals are served to the highest standards. Collaborating closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will contribute to menu planning, manage your section efficiently, and assist with training junior kitchen staff. • Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with the restaurant's high standards
• Assist with menu development and ensure that all dishes maintain consistency and quality
• Manage your section efficiently during service, ensuring a smooth flow of food preparation and timely delivery
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with the Head Chef to ensure proper ingredient sourcing and inventory management
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, following all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive working environment
• Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff, fostering their development and growth

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role within a reputable establishment (2 years)
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary traditions
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
