We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at HMP Thorn Cross, a category D Prison located in Warrington.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in a primary care setting
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical pathways to improve patient outcomes
