Hearing Aid Audiologist Role

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Aid Audiologist to join our team. As a key member, you will expertly manage clinics, deliver customer-centric Hearingcare solutions, and act as an Ambassador of Boots Hearingcare. Your focus will be on providing informed, confident, and supportive assistance to customers throughout their Hearingcare journey, recommending solutions from our full product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by conducting comprehensive hearing assessments, safely performing BSA-recommended procedures, and maintaining precise clinical records.">
  • Achieve targets for appointment activity and sales while championing Hearingcare and generating in-store demand.">
  • Fulfil personal development and CPD requirements to stay up-to-date with the latest audiological principles and good administrative skills.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.">
  • Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.">
  • 2+ years post-qualification experience.">
  • Consistent clinical audit results.">
  • Completion of CPD requirements.">
  • Achievement of commercial targets.">
  • A deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.">
