About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team at Spicerhaart, where you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional service to our clients and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills and strategies
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through canvassing and door-to-door marketing
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills and basic Microsoft packages
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
