Transforming Talent Acquisition at Treatwell

We're on a mission to revolutionize the hair and beauty community, and we need a talented leader to drive our recruitment strategy forward.

As our Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll be responsible for leading our recruitment team and driving the hiring goals of our entire business. You'll ensure we offer the highest level of candidate experience, while also ensuring the highest quality of talent operations across the whole talent team.

You'll be a key figure in Talent Acquisition, bringing the community together and helping to train and educate team members on best practices. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving excellence and enhancing our candidate's recruitment experience across all markets and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to drive excellence and enhance candidate experience
  • Lead and support the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and ensure the highest quality of talent operations
  • Partner with the CPO and other leaders to advise on org design, leadership, internal comms, and employee relations
  • Manage vendor relationships, including our ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards, to ensure we're getting the best value possible
  • Set OKRs aligned to headcount goals and recruit senior leadership roles as needed
  • Use data to create an excellent candidate experience and hire the best talent possible

About You:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with significant experience working hands-on recruiting roles from sales to software engineering
  • Pro-active senior leader with a collaborative and data-driven approach
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing high-potential talent programs and succession planning
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on diversity, internal mobility, and capability gap analysis
  • Empathetic leader with experience coaching, developing, and empowering a growing internal talent acquisition team
