**Job Overview**

The University of Glasgow's EPSRC UK Hub for Quantum Enhanced Position, Navigation and Timing (QEPNT) is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Hub Manager. This position plays a crucial part in leading and supporting the community, ecosystem, and technologies required for the UK to be a global leader in future Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT) technologies and systems.

The successful candidate will have expertise in project management, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of QEPNT, developing and implementing strategies, and managing governance, financial management, and day-to-day operational delivery. The Hub Manager will interact with various stakeholders, working collaboratively with internal and external organisations within academic, governmental, and industry sectors.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate high-level communication skills, including presentation skills, obtained through representational, influencing, and/or negotiating activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, leading staff, and setting performance targets. A strong understanding of policies surrounding Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion and data protection is essential. Additionally, they should have a comprehensive knowledge of financial management and an ability to manage budgets and analyse financial data.
