As Commercial Legal Counsel - Intellectual Property Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts related to copyright and trademark licenses, electronic license agreements, conference agreements, service contracts, secondment agreements, and other contracts as required. You will also advise on contracts and legal developments within contract, corporate and IP law, and support and advise on matters relating to procurement and the Foundation's established procurement process.

You will work closely with the legal counsel to assist in the protection of the Foundation's intellectual property rights and ensure that contracts for use of IFRS Foundation copyright material and trademarks are consistent across the relevant markets.

This is a challenging opportunity to join an international organisation with a significant global presence. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand complex legal issues and provide practical advice in the context of business operations, with a strong attention to detail and excellent English writing skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. If you are a qualified legal professional with a good working knowledge of contract, corporate, commercial and IP law, and are looking for a new challenge, please apply now.
