Commercial Lawyer

The in-house legal team is a vital component of the organization, and we are seeking a commercial solicitor to join the team in our beautiful north Yorkshire office. With a flexible, hybrid working arrangement, this role offers the perfect blend of work-life balance and career advancement.

As a commercial solicitor, you will report directly to the Head of Commercial and work closely with the General Counsel and Company Secretary. You will be part of the 20-strong Legal & ESG function, working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver legal advice that supports the organization's initiatives.

With a diverse caseload and a supportive culture, this role is ideal for a qualified solicitor with 1-4 years PQE, preferably in commercial law. Experience in the financial services arena is beneficial but not essential.
