We are seeking a caring and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cornerstone Community Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with a mild learning disability and PTSD to live independently and achieve their goals.

  • Provide support with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management
  • Support the individual to socialize, maintain relationships, and participate in their hobbies and interests
  • Assist with goal setting and planning to help the individual achieve their aspirations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the individual receives a high-quality support service
Requirements
  • A caring and compassionate attitude and approach
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Confidence in the use of computers and technology
  • A full driving license (desirable)
