Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on CDM regulations and health and safety best practices.
  • Assist project teams with design and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough health and safety audits and inspections to identify potential risks.
  • Develop and manage pre-construction information, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Conduct design risk assessments and review construction phase plans to ensure safety protocols are in place.
  • Deliver training and workshops on CDM and health and safety, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of CDM regulations and the Building Safety Act.
  • Background in construction or design, with a focus on health and safety.
  • Extensive experience in delivering CDM Advisor services, with a proven track record of success.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent, demonstrating expertise in health and safety.
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.
  • Consultancy experience is highly desirable, with a focus on CDM and health and safety.
