About the Role

The Risk and Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing corporate governance, monitoring risks, and preparing compliance management frameworks. This role will also involve overseeing and managing internal control compliance registers, liaising with regulatory bodies, and ensuring all employees are aware of regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate governance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report on risks and compliance issues
  • Prepare and implement compliance management frameworks
  • Oversee and manage internal control compliance registers
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regulated firm's risk and/or compliance environment, with a strong understanding of the FCA regulatory environment. They should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, and strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
