Job Title: Data Transformation Team Leader

At ENGINEERINGUK, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Transformation Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Celonis Deployment and Enhancement: Lead the deployment and enhancement of Celonis across our organization, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Process Mining and Analysis: Conduct in-depth process mining and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization, establish internal controls for risk mitigation, and accelerate value generation through data-driven insights.
  • Training and Development: Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in utilizing Celonis features and interpreting process mining results.
  • Liaison and Documentation: Act as a liaison between business units and the IT department to facilitate the implementation of technical solutions based on Celonis insights, and maintain comprehensive documentation of Celonis analyses, methodologies, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • SAP Expertise: Sound understanding of SAP with the ability to effectively navigate the software and understand the underlying tables.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that contribute to informed decision making.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong capacity for critical thinking, pushing the boundaries, and challenging the status quo to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate to stakeholders with technical and non-technical backgrounds.
  • Query Language Skills: Knowledge of query languages such as Celonis PQL, YAML, SQL, or the ability and willingness to learn.
