Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet high standards of quality and safety.
- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming surfaces.
- Mix and apply paint to achieve the correct color and consistency.
- Apply various paint techniques to achieve a seamless finish.
- Mask, prep, prime, and polish vehicles to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to safety procedures, including handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Work closely with the team to achieve common goals.
- Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Paint Technician in an accident repair centre or bodyshop.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive body repairs.
- NVQ Level 1, 2 & 3 / ATA Qualified.
- Strong communication skills.
