This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of Recruitment processes, providing essential support to the Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Job Description
  • Manage the end-to-end process of on-boarding new starters
  • Complete pre-employment checks for employees (references, right to work documents, medicals)
  • Promote the company/vacancies on social media platforms
  • Maintain live job advertisements on job boards
  • Produce contracts of employment for new joiners
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations when sharing CVs and handling candidate data
  • Register new candidates (including drug testing)
  • Provide payroll support
Key Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR administration role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
