Youth Development Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Youth Development Coordinator to join our team at New Wine Trust.
About the Role- This is a full-time position, with an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for investing in our youth through discipleship, activities, and outreach, facilitating fun and safe sessions for 10–18-year-olds.
- The role involves leading youth (10-18-year-olds) on Sunday mornings, developing the youth team, encouraging and equipping them to lead, and communicating with parents and young people.
- Attend weekly supervision and staff team meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Provide bi-monthly reports to the PCC to demonstrate progress and achievements.
- Organize youth activities with other churches and organizations to foster partnerships and collaborations.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for youth ministry and a deep understanding of biblical teachings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with young people, parents, and church leaders.
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is desirable.
