Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Youth Development Coordinator to join our team at New Wine Trust.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position, with an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for investing in our youth through discipleship, activities, and outreach, facilitating fun and safe sessions for 10–18-year-olds.
  • The role involves leading youth (10-18-year-olds) on Sunday mornings, developing the youth team, encouraging and equipping them to lead, and communicating with parents and young people.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Attend weekly supervision and staff team meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  2. Provide bi-monthly reports to the PCC to demonstrate progress and achievements.
  3. Organize youth activities with other churches and organizations to foster partnerships and collaborations.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for youth ministry and a deep understanding of biblical teachings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with young people, parents, and church leaders.
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is desirable.
