Hunter Selection is an employee-owned business that operates in the manufacturing sector. We are seeking a Sustainability and Compliance Specialist to join our team, responsible for ensuring that our operations adhere to the highest standards of sustainability and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in environmental regulations and compliance. A HNC, HND or degree level education is essential, and experience in the manufacturing sector is highly desirable.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing intimate knowledge of industry standards and requirements
  • Providing technical support to internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating external audits and ensuring compliance records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Conducting training sessions across various business functions to ensure compliance is upheld
  • Collaborating with Business Improvement on initiatives to reduce carbon footprint and environmental impact

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £63,000 per annum, based on experience, and a range of benefits, including:
