This exciting opportunity as an Airfreight Operations Coordinator will allow you to make your mark on the world. You will be responsible for handling collection requests from our global clients and providing brilliant customer service in a fast-paced atmosphere.



Job Description


You will prepare paperwork for the off-load and on-load of aircraft, off-loads and on-loads of UPS flights to Audit standards, and perform internal audits to check all procedures are being followed.


You will also arrive and depart ground movements to and from centers to keep accurate inventory of containers, produce manual weight and balance if ALP system is down, and produce load plans for flight destinations.


In addition, you will use weight and balance systems to produce load manifests for crew, oversee the offload of UPS vehicles and ensure vendor compliance with UPS procedures, and oversee the weighing of UPS ULDs and communicate data to office personnel in a timely manner.



What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary, including £35,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience, a company pension scheme, discounts at major retailers, cinemas, and attractions, plus many more benefits.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook, and a highly organized approach that allows you to multitask – paying close attention to detail without compromising on quality.
