Facilities Engineer - Avionics Division

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to join our Avionics division, responsible for maintaining a safe, compliant, and functional built environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and compliant built environment through effective delivery of Planned Maintenance, Reactive, and remedial works.
  • Deliver hands-on M&E maintenance support for commercial and hangar buildings.
  • Host and manage visiting supply chain, reviewing method and risk assessments.
  • Create and produce risk and method statements for in-house tasks.
  • Maintain building compliance records using the Babcock CAFM System (TABS).
Requirements:
  • Recognised qualification in a building service discipline.
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection act.
  • Working understanding of COSHH and completed H&S training (such as IOSH).
  • Water Hygiene knowledge for Legionella (L8) Qualification or awareness.
  • Machine operations experience to IPAF 3a and 3b.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Facilities Management (4 Day) Qualification.
