About the Role

Sunbelt Rentals UK is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Training Lead to join their team. As a key member of the Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning solutions that meet the strategic needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify learning requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of developing and implementing learning solutions in a large multi-site business. You will be comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines and have strong influencing and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing learning solutions.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Clean driving licence.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
