Mathematics Teacher Role

We are seeking a qualified Mathematics Teacher to join our team at a Secondary School in Ipswich. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching KS3/KS4 Mathematics to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging maths lessons to students, utilising a strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 Maths curriculum.
• Maintain a well-organised and professional classroom environment, ensuring effective use of resources.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental and school goals, promoting a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• QTS Status
• Bachelor's degree in a maths-related field
• Teaching experience in mainstream Maths at secondary level
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for inspiring young minds
