About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Primary Learning Support Specialist to join our team at a partner school in Bromley (BR4). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special education needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, promoting academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement effective strategies and Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support the creation of a inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to teachers and SEN coordinators.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with SEN.
  • Strong understanding of SEN practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
