Job Overview

Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a young boy with mild complex requirements in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and creating positive relationships with clients and families.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant difference in a young boy's life. You will work closely with our client and their family to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that you provide tailored support that meets their individual requirements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist our client before and after school (07:00-10:00 and 15:00-22:00) to ensure a smooth transition between home and educational settings.
  • Provide daily support, activities, and days out for our client during non-school hours (07:00-19:00).
  • Maintain accurate records of our client's progress and share information with the multidisciplinary team as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Clean driving license and access to a vehicle (if applicable).
