About the Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing designs from LV to 33kV
  • Providing designs for various works and turnkey projects
  • Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to develop design solutions
  • Attending site surveys, route walks, and other meetings as necessary
  • Establishing key aspects associated with projects, providing designs, liaising with internal departments, and submitting final project capabilities
  • Evaluating supplier and subcontract returns to ensure compliance with specifications and documentation

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong commercial and business awareness to enable them to identify and recommend appropriate design proposals that meet customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to adapt their style to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A high degree of autonomy, working collaboratively in a team environment
  • The ability to produce high-quality designs and associated reports with minimal supervision
