**Job Description:** Law Profession Development Leader

 

We are looking for a talented Solicitor Apprenticeship Coach to join our team at Educated Appointments in England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the coaching of apprentices, ensuring they develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviors to succeed in their roles and complete their apprenticeships as planned.


Main Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with employers and apprentices to understand each apprentice's starting point and skills development needs.
  2. Develop a comprehensive training plan with each apprentice and employer that meets their needs.
  3. Deliver training in line with the plan, monitoring progress and taking prompt action if the apprentice falls behind.
  4. Ensure apprentices are accessing and benefiting from delivery, including expert knowledge tutors.
  5. Guarantee the apprentice's health, safety, and well-being at work.
  6. Foster understanding of the apprentice's and employer's ambitions for progression and provide support where possible.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and organized.
  • Excellent maths and English skills at GCSE level (or higher).
  • Strong vocational background in the area of delivery, with a commitment to maintaining vocational competence.
  • Qualified solicitor.


Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience.
