Randstad Education is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Supply Teacher to work in various primary schools in and around Doncaster and South Yorkshire. This role offers exceptional flexibility, allowing you to pick and choose the days you work, whether you prefer ad hoc day-to-day assignments or long-term full-time roles.

  • Location: Sheffield and surrounding areas
  • Pay Rate: £150 to £210 per day
  • Work Schedule: Flexible - Ad hoc day-to-day work or long-term full-time roles

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality lessons across various primary schools, adapting to different classroom environments and student needs.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring effective behaviour management and student engagement.
  • Lesson Planning: Prepare and deliver engaging lessons, with the flexibility to tailor your teaching approach to each unique school setting.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess pupils progress and provide constructive feedback, supporting their ongoing educational development.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with school staff and other supply teachers to ensure a seamless learning experience for students.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary education.
  • Skills: Strong communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new environments.
  • Attributes: Reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic about working in a variety of school settings.
  • Technology Proficient: Comfortable using our interactive app to manage your schedule and assignments.
