Job Title: Channel Partner Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Partner Manager to join our team at Intapp. As a Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for driving ACV revenue through co-sell initiatives with our partner ecosystem, focusing on revenue growth, client satisfaction, and partnership performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate close and mutually beneficial relationships with designated partners across the partner ecosystem.
  • Develop executive business plans and strategies with our partners that support Intapp's growth strategy.
  • Be the main point of contact between Intapp and our partners' executives, facilitating partnership execution between key players.
  • Manage partner and channel program metrics/MBO's to achieve the results Intapp expects from its partner and channel program.
  • Ensure compliance of partners with product or integration certification programs and prescribed deployment approaches and methodologies.
  • Enable partner success by facilitating and deploying enablement and support resources, tools, and programs.
  • Ensure partners are leveraging Intapp training and up-skilling programs on a timely basis, facilitating partners' support for new product launches and continuing to expand their capabilities within and across Intapp products.
  • Where partners deploy competing products, navigate competitive partner relations, and position Intapp for future success.
  • Develop and execute proper plans and incentives for our partners to introduce our products and solutions to their clients, collaborate on co-selling opportunities with key players across Intapp and the partner organizations.
  • Research, recruit, and add new partners in growth areas and markets for Intapp.
  • Help ensure client satisfaction with Intapp's partner ecosystem, its capabilities, and specific partners.
  • Report on partner performance and partner/channel program metrics, maintain accurate partner information in relevant systems and tools.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience managing a partner channel ecosystem in an enterprise software company supporting licenses sales growth and strategic services and primary accountability for channel revenue quota achievement.
  • Ability to work directly with senior executives within our partner and Intapp, developing strategies to grow the business for both Intapp and Partner while providing our clients the highest level of services.
  • Solid knowledge in building a partnership strategy, with an ability to partner across sales, product, and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Solid experience and track record in strategic selling, delivering, and managing a portfolio of clients and projects.
  • Proven ability to advance conceptual ideas and engage multiple stakeholders, internal and clients, to decision points.
  • Strong networking skills with experience of removing barriers between teams to enable them to complete their objectives.
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to listen carefully and to communicate effectively within a diverse environment.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful, results-oriented, and highly energetic.
  • Self-starter and proven team player.
  • Skills in negotiating, influencing, and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated success in Channel Partner Program roles (operational, sales, or program management) delivering complex client solutions within an enterprise software company preferred.
