An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Secondary School Physical Education Lead to join our outstanding school in Redbridge. As a key member of our teaching staff, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of young athletes in physical education, focusing on developing movement competency, athletic development, and Strength & Conditioning (S&C). You will also lead the Elite Player Programme for talented athletes, helping them reach their full potential.

  • Develop and implement effective coaching strategies for swimming and water polo.
  • Manage your own timetable of 48 lessons over a two-week period.
  • Contribute to the school's Games and Activities programme.


A competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience, is available for this role.
