About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Nursing Home Manager to lead our team at Warde Aldam, a purpose-built care home in a picturesque market town setting. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs and preferences
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of care
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve commercial and financial targets
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners

About You:

We are looking for a confident and compassionate leader with a passion for adult social care and a track record of developing and motivating teams. You will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or equivalent, and a strong understanding of the care sector. You will be a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
