About the Role

V3 Recruitment is partnering with our client to recruit a temporary Maintenance Coordinator. This role will involve working closely with the client's team to ensure seamless operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the UK Maintenance Helpdesk inbox, responding to maintenance queries, and performing various administrative tasks. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filtering and prioritizing emails from the help desk inbox
  • Responding to maintenance-related inquiries and escalating urgent issues
  • Managing call-outs and processing requests from US/Canada maintenance suppliers
  • Raising purchase orders and maintaining a PO log
  • Providing support on the Pronett Maintenance System, including data entry and troubleshooting

Compensation and Benefits:
