Senior Planner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our team at People 3 Construction Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain tender programmes to support business growth
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and supply chain teams to programme work across manufacturing sites
- Manage the planning and programme process, monitoring and controlling programme development and implementation
- Build robust, credible programmes from scratch, working closely with subject matter experts
- Maintain master production schedules and production plans for all factories
- Liaise with Project and Contract Managers for programme updates
- Sub-contract liaison with Production & Project Managers for key dates
- Assist in developing and applying improved production planning and control systems
- Provide initial notification of production plans and timescales to on-factory sub-contractors
- Carry out investigations into production processes and assist with the development of improved processes, methods, and facilities
- Prepare specific job-specific plans for Projects or Product compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental Standards and regulations
- Manage, maintain, and update key account information
- Compile, monitor, and update the business transport schedule
- Chair Weekly Production Planning meetings
- Experience working within a PMO for a large portfolio of projects
- Experience conducting programme risk workshops and using SAFRAN software
- Civil engineering, project controls, or project management background
- Advanced in the use of Asta or P6 and using client databases
- Advanced understanding of NEC & JCT contract requirements and different options
- Ability to drive lookahead requirements with project managers and site/project staff
- Time Chainage software experience
- Risk management experience within a live project environment
- £5K Car Allowance
- Pension Contribution - 4%
- Holiday Entitlement - 23 days rising to 25 with service years
