Job Description

As a Strategic Payer Insights Leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic conversations with various teams, including Access Insight, Asset, Payer Portfolio, and Payer Synthesis. Your key objective will be to deliver strategic pricing assumptions and forecast hypotheses for launched and peri-launched portfolios.

With a deep understanding of pricing insights, net and gross assumptions, price corridor, and long-range pricing forecast, you will contribute to economic – cost effectiveness demonstration. You will report to the Head of Global Payer Insights and manage a contractor, overseeing their analysis and execution, ensuring quality and timeliness of input generation and individual professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Access Insight findings to ensure reliability and consistency of pricing markets insights.
  • Support the synthesis of therapeutic pricing information into actionable insights and recommendations for the Asset Team.
  • Coach and support the Payer Synthesis team in defining and developing pricing strategies within the economic value strategy for launched assets.
  • Work closely with the Patient Impact – Pricing Policy team to share best practices and pressure test pricing strategies and implications.
  • Oversee technological advances and transformation to improve strategic pricing operational excellence and impact.
  • Develop and establish new robust and compliant methods of pricing analytics and pricing insights collection framework and analysis generation.
  • Anticipate and interpret external trends and novel emerging patterns in pricing to identify opportunities and threats to launched assets.
