Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a Property Solicitor and Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold conveyancing, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and other related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accurate and efficient conveyancing processes
  • Prepare and review contracts, deeds, and other legal documents
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and regulations
  • Work collaboratively with a conveyancing executive to support the team's goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
