Job Title: Account Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Sales Engineer to join our team at Verto People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing an existing client base, as well as bringing on new profitable clients in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling mechanical engineering solutions, including valves, pumps, instrumentation, tube fittings, seals, regulators, and hoses.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Working closely with engineering departments to provide technical support and product training.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in mechanical engineering, preferably with a background in sales engineering.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel throughout the South West region.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 + commission (OTE circa £60,000+).
  • A company car - fully electric.
  • 25 days holiday.
