Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Adults Home Management Expert to lead our new service for adults with autism and other challenging behaviors. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire operation and implement strategies to drive success.

About the Role:

\

You will be responsible for managing a team of 24 staff members, all of whom have previous experience working with us in domiciliary care. Your role will have a significant impact on shaping the future of our service and determining who will join your management team.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
