Senior Contentious Probate Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contentious Probate Practitioner to join our team at Simpson Judge. As a seasoned lawyer, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our contentious probate team while being supported by an experienced litigation group.

About the Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing high-value cases, mentoring and training junior colleagues, building and nurturing client relationships, and managing a diverse caseload. You will have the chance to generate your own work while adapting to a growing caseload.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years PQE
  • Proven track record of handling high-value cases, mentoring others, fostering client relationships, and managing varied caseloads
  • Ability to generate your own work while swiftly adapting to a growing caseload
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
