Are you an experienced childcare professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Childcare Director to lead our team at Blom and Blom in Croydon. As a Childcare Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the management of the nursery, including staff supervision and development.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and EYFS framework.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve outcomes for children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of experience in a similar role, with strong leadership and management skills. A sound working knowledge of Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework is essential. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
