Cybersecurity and IT Trainee

Kirklees Council is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a cybersecurity and IT trainee. This role involves supporting the school's technology infrastructure, including the maintenance of ICT classrooms, peripherals, monitors, and PCs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of the school's IT systems, including Microsoft 365 environment, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Support for the use of subject-specific software (e.g., Google SketchUp, Photoshop, Cubase, TechSoft).
  • Management of user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365 accounts, distribution groups.

This opportunity offers the chance to work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic apprenticeships. The annual salary for this position is £16,546.
