Chief Financial Controller

As a Chief Financial Controller, you will play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management accounts team in preparation of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and analysis of monthly costs.
- Support the production of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and quarterly forecasts.
- Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts, tax returns, and supporting schedules.
- Drive a continuous improvement culture within the team.
- Support the development needs of three direct reports.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Prior experience in a busy, dynamic finance department within a diverse team.
- Prior management experience.
- A proven track record of producing accurate management accounts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build great working relationships with stakeholders.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Desirable:
- Experience working within a high volume business.
- The ability to influence and support colleague development.
- Travel industry experience.
