Key Responsibilities:

This part-time administrator role requires the successful candidate to provide secretarial, administrative and clerical support to the team. Key responsibilities include:

• Typing and circulating correspondence, to include letters, reports, forms, invitations and minutes

• Managing diaries, making appointments and booking venues/facilities for team members using Outlook Diary

• Note taking at meetings and filing documents on a daily basis

• Recording and maintaining all invoices

• Administering petty cash and financial documentation

• Scanning and photocopying as required

• Dealing with internal and external mail in a timely and efficient manner

• Providing cover for other administrative staff during periods of high workload or annual leave

We offer a competitive salary of £11.67 per hour, paid Monday to Friday between 9:45am and 12:45pm. Other benefits include an enhanced holiday package, pension scheme and employee assistance programme. As a Randstad Business Support employee, you will also have access to high street discounts. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of relevant experience in administration or clerical work, with a proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.
