Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mandarin and English language support specialist to join our team at the United Kingdom Education Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our sales team and promoting international education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Share responsibility for the recruitment of international students and assist the team to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales consultation and customer service.
  • Process student applications, including helping students fill in application forms, forwarding them to the university, tracking their progress, and updating information in student files.
  • Liaise with universities and students to track applications, arrange interviews, and address general or specific enquiries.
  • Support the recruitment of international students and assist the team to achieve targets.
  • Participate in ad hoc and regular company training and deliver information sessions at company meetings.
  • Maintain good communication with colleagues and keep the centre manager informed of application statuses or problems.

Requirements:

  • University degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Responsibility, maturity, organisation, and honesty.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative to develop and improve services.
  • Permission to work in the UK by the start of employment.
