Accounting Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client in Peterborough due to growth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient running of the department, adhering to company accounting policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the purchase ledger, including reconciliations and maintenance.
- Plan and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed.
- Strive for a consistently high standard of ledger maintenance to ensure accurate information is available for decision-making.
- Raise and process payments for suppliers, as well as register and process invoices.
- High attention to detail and ability to input data accurately.
- Self-management skills and ability to work independently.
- Good IT skills and ability to retain information.
- Competitive salary of £25,000 - £26,000, dependent on experience.
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of part-time hours.
