About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team at Hays Construction and Property. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a key role in assisting with the design of corporate workplace projects, managing client expectations, and presenting the design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design of corporate workplace projects, including managing client expectations and presenting the design.
  • Manage the work of junior interior designers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality design solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to improve design processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Proven professional experience in a quality interiors studio, preferably working on workplace projects.
  • Intermediate Revit skills, as well as knowledge of AutoCAD and InDesign.
  • Excellent conceptual design and presentation skills, top communication ability, and a strong portfolio of work to back up your application.
