As a Senior Estimating Manager at Mace, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost plans and estimates that meet our clients' needs. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement routes, and cost planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Producing detailed estimates and cost plans
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors and suppliers
  • Agreeing resourcing levels against programme
  • Assessing risk levels associated with projects
  • Resolving post-tender queries
  • Updating Mace and Heathrow benchmarking data
  • Managing the sending out of enquiries via Aconex
  • Leading the estimating team on larger projects

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of construction contracts and procurement routes
  • Able to build excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Highly numerate and accurate with a focus on detail
  • Cost planning experience
  • Knowledge of Bluebeam or similar measurement software packages
  • MCIOB/RICS qualified or working towards
