Clinical Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing our in-house Clinical Team at The Holden School, Leigh, Rawtenstall, North West. You will work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team and the Locality Clinical Lead to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students with complex profiles of need.
The ideal candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or be registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. You will have experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs, as well as providing supervision and supporting a therapy team. You will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-professional team.
As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team. You will also contribute to staff training and consultation, and work collaboratively with the site to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students. You will be responsible for holding the therapy caseload with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growing Clinical Team.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits, including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to a wide range of first-class mental health support services and physical health checks.
