Bank Assistant

We are seeking a pro-active and positive Domestic Assistant to join our family at Riverdale Care Home. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that all bedrooms are maintenance-free, ensuring all equipment is maintained and stored properly, and developing a positive relationship with residents, staff, and visitors. You will work in a friendly team with experienced staff and have access to comprehensive training and development opportunities.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work in a team. You should also have an understanding of Health and Safety, Infection Control, and COSHH. Previous experience of working in a similar position is desirable but not essential.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately £14-£16 per hour, depending on experience. You will also receive competitive benefits, including 5.6 weeks' annual leave, a workplace pension scheme, comprehensive induction, free training and development, support in achieving additional qualifications, access to the Blue Light Card, opportunities for career progression, loyalty and long-service awards, and wellbeing initiatives.
