About the Job

As a Healthcare Assistant Professional at The Talent Hub, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Our state-of-the-art luxury care home is due to open its doors in March 2025, and we are looking for someone to join our team as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with their daily needs, including personal care and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to provide a comprehensive care service.
