Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with customers via telephone and email to make holiday bookings.
  • Answering telephone calls and handling all customer enquiries relating to new and existing bookings.
  • Working towards set targets and ensuring customer care.
  • Maximising up-sale opportunities by offering clients upgrades and extras on every booking.
  • Ensuring clients receive relevant holiday documentation upon booking and explaining online check-in and Manage My Booking.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service or sales.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role in a busy environment.
  • Knowledge of long-haul and short-haul destinations.
  • A high standard of verbal and written communication skills.
  • A professional and friendly manner.
Package:

This is a Monday to Friday position with the occasional Saturday. You will have the flexibility to work from home one day a week. The salary is £24,000-£25,000 dependent on experience, plus excellent commission and travel incentives.
