Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a qualified Fabrication and Welding Engineer to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  1. International Welding Specialist Level certification and experience in TIG, Resistance & Laser Welding
  2. CSWIP/PCN accreditation or equivalent
  3. Engineering experience in aerospace environments, including NADCAP
  4. Experience with Laser welding and materials
  5. Assessing and developing welding operators
  6. Recruitment and training of Operators in aerospace/NADCAP environments
  7. Defining responsibilities for welding activity in aerospace environments
  8. Writing and validating welding work instructions and procedures
  9. Developing welding facilities and quality systems
  10. Hosting/leading audit activity for customer and NADCAP audits
  11. Industrializing and transferring welded assemblies in aerospace environments
  12. Coordinating welding operator qualification testing
  13. Proposing NDT requirements for welded fabrications
