Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Specialist

At Babcock International Group, we're working to create a safe and secure world, together. As an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of flying activities at our Glasgow - Clyde Heliport site.

The Role

As an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist, you'll be responsible for helping to drive the delivery of flying activities alongside your Babcock and Military colleagues. You'll take a 'Whole Force' approach to our activities, ensuring that Babcock's excellent safety and delivery reputation is always maintained.

Day-to-day, you'll be involved in:

  • Aircraft inspections.
  • Aircraft repair.
  • Aircraft maintenance.
  • Line support tasks.
  • Supporting paperwork and certification.

This role is full time and based onsite at Glasgow - Clyde Heliport, and you'll be working from Tuesday to Saturday.

Essential Experience

You'll need:

  • Experience in the aircraft maintenance industry.
  • Previous work in a pt. environment.
  • Working knowledge of safety management systems (SMS).

Qualifications

You'll need to hold:

  • A CAA pt. 66 B1.2 licence.
  • A clean driving licence.

Security Clearance

You'll need to be able to achieve and maintain EDBS + SC Clearance.
