Primary SEN Teaching Assistants Required
The Supply Register is working with two new schools in the Lincolnshire region, and we are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support their staffing needs.
We share and support the vision of the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust, which is committed to overcoming social inequality faced by children and young people.
We are passionate about improving the life chances of every child in our care, meeting them where they are. We are looking for teaching assistants to join us on a short or long-term basis, ready for January. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexible working hours, 30 hours between Monday and Friday. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Requirements:
  • Experience in working with children or in a similar role
  • Phonics experience is desirable
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • High expectations of self and collaborative work to improve teaching and raise standards across schools

We offer an estimated salary range of £18,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
